1 guardian/adult, plus 1 child $150.
Each additional family member $50.
Slow grey days of winter will soon fade and make way for a busy growing season on the farm! In this three part family workshop, we’ll follow the journey of a tiny seed and learn how our food is grown. Explore how a farmer prepares the soil, plants the seeds, tends to crops and harvests them for your table. Week by week, you’ll learn how to start your own garden using recycled materials, create beautiful markers to identify your plants and an artistic journal to track growth. You’ll leave each day with dirty hands, full hearts, and a few new skills.
Following the workshop, you are invited to stay and enjoy the grounds on Farm Friday. Bring a picnic, play, and pick up fresh produce at the farm stand.
